thats what i would like to know, normal phones also have internet, messaging,fast network,etc. so whats the difference?

I’ve just ordered a Blackberry Curve 8900 
it’s gonna be my first blackberry so i don’t really know what to expect but I’m rather excited about it 
ok, i have bluetooth, listen to mp3′s and view my email on my 2 year old samsung.. and it’s not a “smartphone”… will anyone please tell me what’s so special about the blackberry??
Because windows software is usually buggy, horrible, unintuitive, not too mention a rip off of bits and pieces of everything else.
Blackberrys, are (usually) very reliable.
I have no idea why Blackberrys are so popular when Windows Mobile devices do everything that Blackberrys do and so much more. A Blackberry is nothing more than a glorified email device, a Windows Mobile device is a PC in your pocket! I know which one I’d prefer!
